Project Overview:
This homeowner needed a failing timber retaining wall replaced before it completely collapsed—especially since it was located right next to a neighbor’s home. Razor Sharp Lawn & Landscape deconstructed the old railroad tie wall and installed a Keystone Regal Stone Pro Sandstone retaining wall, ensuring a durable, structurally sound solution.
The project presented tight working conditions between both homes, requiring compact machinery to complete the excavation and installation efficiently. To enhance drainage and prevent future erosion, we installed a dry creek bed and added a privacy fence for increased security and aesthetics. To complete the project, we laid Bermuda sod to restore the affected lawn areas.
